With the Ref. 5224R-001, Patek Philippe once again demonstrates a keen sense for the perfect combination of functionality and design. Instead of the traditional pusher for setting the local time on the left side of the caseband, this dual time zone watch features a crown-operated correction system. Thus, no additional detail disturbs the sporty and elegant look of the watch. The fully polished rose gold case measures 42 millimeters in diameter and stands out with its curved two-tier strap lugs. The warm gold tone, which is also found in the numerals, hour markers, and applied cabochons, harmonizes nicely with the deep navy blue of the dial and the hand-sewn calfskin strap. The Complicated Watch is water-resistant to a depth of 30 meters and is equipped with a self-winding movement Caliber 31-260 PS FUS 24H.
