Our Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please Note: Due to the deeply personal nature of certain fine jewelry items, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Engagement Rings & Solitaire Jewelry: These pieces are custom-selected with significant sentimental intention.
  • Eternity Jewelry: Rings and bands set with continuous gemstones are considered final sale.
  • Bridal Jewelry: Items specifically designed for wedding occasions.
  • Any item that has been engraved, sized, or otherwise altered after purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all documentation (gift box, certificate, etc.), and mail them to the address provided in your instructions. Please include a copy of your original invoice or order number.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. For free shipping promotions, a deduction may be made from your refund to account for the initial shipping cost we incurred.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or style, subject to availability. The process for an exchange is the same as for a return. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
